Low-Calorie Rasmalai

Ingredients:
- 12 paneer discs (from chenna balls)
- 1 litre toned milk
- ½ cup Melvia Monk Fruit Sweetener
- ¼ tsp saffron strands
- ½ tsp cardamom powder
- Pistachios for garnish
Method:
- Boil milk until reduced by one-third.
- Add sweetener, saffron, and cardamom.
- Gently add paneer discs and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Chill and garnish with pistachios before serving.
