Low-Calorie Rasmalai
Serves: 6

Ingredients:

  • 12 paneer discs (from chenna balls)
  • 1 litre toned milk
  • ½ cup Melvia Monk Fruit Sweetener
  • ¼ tsp saffron strands
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • Pistachios for garnish

Method:

  1. Boil milk until reduced by one-third.
  2. Add sweetener, saffron, and cardamom.
  3. Gently add paneer discs and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Chill and garnish with pistachios before serving.
