Low-Cal Kheer 
Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 liter full-fat milk
  • ¼ cup basmati rice (washed & soaked)
  • ½ cup Melvia Monk Fruit Sweetener
  • 8–10 cashews & almonds (sliced)
  • 6–8 raisins
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder

Method:

  1. Boil milk, then add rice and cook on low flame until soft.
  2. Stir in the sweetener and cook for 5 more minutes.
  3. Add nuts, raisins, and cardamom.
  4. Serve warm or chilled.
