Low-Cal Kheer

Ingredients:
- 1 liter full-fat milk
- ¼ cup basmati rice (washed & soaked)
- ½ cup Melvia Monk Fruit Sweetener
- 8–10 cashews & almonds (sliced)
- 6–8 raisins
- ½ tsp cardamom powder
Method:
- Boil milk, then add rice and cook on low flame until soft.
- Stir in the sweetener and cook for 5 more minutes.
- Add nuts, raisins, and cardamom.
- Serve warm or chilled.
