Ginger Chai - Sugar Free

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 2 tsp black tea leaves
  • 1½ tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 2–3 tsp Melvia Monk Fruit Sweetener

Method:

  1. In a saucepan, boil water with grated ginger for 2–3 minutes.
  2. Add tea leaves and let it simmer until the color deepens.
  3. Pour in milk and bring to a rolling boil.
  4. Strain into cups and stir in the sweetener blend.
  5. Serve piping hot.

All the warmth and zing of classic adrak chai, without the sugar crash.
