Ginger Chai - Sugar Free

Ingredients:
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 2 tsp black tea leaves
- 1½ tsp grated fresh ginger
- 2–3 tsp Melvia Monk Fruit Sweetener
Method:
- In a saucepan, boil water with grated ginger for 2–3 minutes.
- Add tea leaves and let it simmer until the color deepens.
- Pour in milk and bring to a rolling boil.
- Strain into cups and stir in the sweetener blend.
- Serve piping hot.
