Besan Ladoo - Sugar Free

Makes: 12–14 ladoos
Ingredients:
- 2 cups besan (gram flour)
- ½ cup ghee
- ¾ cup Melvia Monk Fruit Sweetener
- ½ tsp cardamom powder
- 2 tbsp chopped nuts
Method:
- Roast besan in ghee on low flame until golden and aromatic.
- Cool slightly, then mix in powdered sweetener, cardamom, and nuts.
- Shape into ladoos while warm.
