Besan Ladoo - Sugar Free
Makes: 12–14 ladoos

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups besan (gram flour)
  • ½ cup ghee
  • ¾ cup Melvia Monk Fruit Sweetener
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped nuts

Method:

  1. Roast besan in ghee on low flame until golden and aromatic.
  2. Cool slightly, then mix in powdered sweetener, cardamom, and nuts.
  3. Shape into ladoos while warm.
