Atta Halwa - Sugar Free

Ingredients:
- 1 cup whole wheat flour (atta)
- ½ cup ghee
- ¾ cup Melvia Monk Fruit Sweetener
- 3 cups water
- ½ tsp cardamom powder
- Almonds & cashews for garnish
Method:
- Heat ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan. Add atta and roast on low flame until golden brown and aromatic.
- In another pan, bring water to a boil and dissolve the sweetener blend.
- Carefully pour the hot sweetened water into the roasted flour while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
- Cook until the mixture thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan.
- Add cardamom and garnish with nuts before serving warm.
This version is lighter on calories and carbs, making it a guilt-free festive treat.
