Atta Halwa - Sugar Free

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour (atta)
  • ½ cup ghee
  • ¾ cup Melvia Monk Fruit Sweetener
  • 3 cups water
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • Almonds & cashews for garnish

Method:

  1. Heat ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan. Add atta and roast on low flame until golden brown and aromatic.
  2. In another pan, bring water to a boil and dissolve the sweetener blend.
  3. Carefully pour the hot sweetened water into the roasted flour while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  4. Cook until the mixture thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan.
  5. Add cardamom and garnish with nuts before serving warm.

This version is lighter on calories and carbs, making it a guilt-free festive treat.
